“Rest Queen, They Said They Got It” Free Coloring Page

I have engaged other Black women. Most of them are artists, writers, and creatives who have been disconnected from the world since the election. The message is clear. Black women are tired of screaming the warnings that go unheeded until disaster strikes. They are tired of trying to save the world from themselves.

However, they also know that they will have the burden of cleaning up the mess. After the disaster that the world invited in, it will fall on them, black women.

I have been listening and speaking my own truths. I’ve put all of this into coloring pages. Here’s one of them.

“Rest Queen. They said they got it.” This page is an encouragement for Black women to self care, rest. Let the country lay in the bed they made, play in the sandbox they asked for.
