I know, it has been a while since I last updated this blog. It’s an honest mistake, I promise. I have been crazy busy trying to figure out how to grow a coloring book business. Haven’t figured it out yet, but I’m hopeful!
Workshop It!
In addition, I started teaching at the University of Denver while also venturing into the world of writing workshops. I led my first in-person, non-academic workshop for Dress for Success Denver in January. People cried. It was amazing. Then, I partnered with Jason over at Point Creative Supplies in downtown Denver. We have a three-part series where I teach people about journaling. Jason is also giving out freebies from the store at every session!

I have to say that is was amazing to talk to people about the wonders of journaling and then, over the course of the workshop, see these same people understand how writing can help in their individual lives! The feelings I had were ones that I wish every writer could feel. They gave me one huge motivation to continue forward while inspiring new ideas.
While my next public workshop is April 26, it is not the next workshop event for me. I have a workshop coming up at the University of Denver for graduates school students, on overcoming writers block. That’s one that I hope to do as a public, virtual workshop over the summer.
Let’s Shop
Also new this week is the Shopify store for the Panic Pages books.

This is a big deal for me because I wanted to get away from the minefield of Etsy Shops and the political blacklist of Amazon. The books are still on those platforms, but moving forward, I will be posting first on Shopify.
I do have a new publishing partner and distributor, so I hope to see Panic Pages coloring books in more stores online and offline soon. This includes college campus bookstores!
For more updates on the Panic Pages, go to the panicpages.com website. I will eventually move the digital downloads there as well.
Check out blackcapemag.com for the most recent reviews.
And keep following me. There is a lot more happening soon. You want to hear it from me first!
